Document Specialist

At OneMain, Document Specialists play a key role in the seamless processing of documents, encompassing preparation for distribution, scanning, copying and prompt delivery of materials. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, they ensure integrity of data entry is maintained to deliver excellent products and services.

In the Role:

• Maintain knowledge of department operations, equipment, systems, and software to fulfill service requirements
• Train and guide team members on processes
• Discover enhancement opportunities and implement changes
• Provide distribution and courier services
• Assist management in project development and maintenance
• Prepare and/or sort documents, processing documents as needed and provide courier service utilizing company equipment and vehicles
• Perform activities to assist with basic record-keeping requirements such as spreadsheets and log updates
• Develop skills to perform quality assurance activities
• Maintain appropriate position documentation
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years experience in document management
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
