The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary Reporting to the Associate Director of Faculty and Human Resources in the Department of Biostatistics at the Mailman School of Public Health, the Coordinator for Faculty and Human Resources will support faculty and human resources functions of the Department of Biostatistics. Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience; plus 3 years of related experience. The successful incumbent will have strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated and driven to success with a proactive approach to work. Outstanding organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. The incumbent must be customer-service oriented and possess the confidence and ability to work with all levels of faculty and staff. The individual in this role must be extremely detail-oriented; be able to exercise discretion and sound judgment in dealing with confidential employment matters and information; be able to manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency; be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting; and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also required. Preferred Qualifications Previous work in a higher education environment is preferred for this role.
