We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist individuals with questions concerning their healthcare coverage. This long-term contract offers a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries about healthcare coverage through email and phone.
  • Document all communications and interactions with clients in a government website with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide clear, professional, and concise written responses to client questions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to confidentiality standards.
  • Monday through Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Requirements:
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively and document accurately.
  • High attention to detail, as accuracy in documentation is essential.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting or call center handling multiple inquiries is highly preferred.
  • Must be a DC resident, as residency is required for this contract.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems with ease (equipment provided by the client).
  • Candidate must have at least 2 years work experience in this field.
