Summary:
MaineHealth is seeking an experienced and dynamic Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team in an innovative new role! The SLP in this role will have OP Feeding experience and serve a unique pediatric patient population here in Maine. This is a brand-new program that is expected to grow so a visionary and entrepreneurial spirit is highly desirable for this role. The SLP in this role will work independently out of our new Kennebunk clinic, but with broad support from team leadership at Maine Medical Center.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Master's Degree in Speech Pathology required.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required or in compliance with the state practice act. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred. Positions in Home Care will require current valid Driver's License with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
  3. Experience: Outpatient Feeding experience required.
