Work type: On Campus Location: Normal, Illinois Title: Associate Dean for Accreditation and Operations Job Summary The Associate Dean for Accreditation and Operations (ADAO) for the College of Business (COB) is a full-time Administrative Professional position reporting to the Dean of the College of Business. The Associate Dean for Accreditation and Operations oversees the College of Business's everyday operations, technology, finance and budgets, accreditation, and assurance of learning. Additional Information Benefit-Eligible Employees University Benefit Highlights: Salary Rate / Pay Rate $19,000 - $20,000 per month Required Qualifications 1. A Tenured Associate or Tenured Full Professor in the College of Business at Illinois State University Preferred Qualifications 1. The ability to foster collaboration and make effective decisions in complex situations.
