Job Description:

Summary

The Strategic Account Manager of ProPetro Energy Solutions (ProPWR) develops and maintains relationships helping the business grow with existing and prospective partners. Ensures client satisfaction, engagement and serves as partner champion. Collaborates with internal technical SME's to fosters new business opportunities with assigned accounts through relationship building, while quantifying tangible value. Represents the company at industry events in a professional manner. Responsible for commercial operations within the organization focusing on leveraging digital platforms to drive efficiency through data quality utilized for forecasting and reporting functions. Additional responsibility supporting Business Development and Commercial team with proposal generation, follow-up actions and organizing information in a transparent format to be shared across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Development of account plans with short-term objectives and long-term goals for each account.
  • Collaborate with Business Development team to expand service lines with existing partners.
  • Build meaningful professional relationships with key influencers and decision makers.
  • Identifying opportunities, assessing customer needs and collaborating with Technical SME's to propose engineered service solutions.
  • Ownership of opportunity pipeline, leveraging digital solutions for: forecasting opportunities, updating activities and reporting on conversion to achieving plan.
  • Generate proposals and support customer documentation requests prior to contract execution.
  • Manage project handover to EPO (engineering, project and operations).
  • Support commercial strategy in achieving sales targets.
  • Own reporting and updates of KPI dashboard for partners: deliver data insights on service solution achieving project targets (quantitative and qualitative).
  • Assist VP of Technical Services in implementation of special projects related to commercialization, marketing and business optimization.
  • Manage implementation of processes driving efficiencies from lead to contract conversion.
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5-years sales experience in service solutions or service provider business models, preferred
  • 3-years in project management role with strong technology background, preferred
  • Commercial operations or operations experience in a service business is a plus
  • Comfortable with long sales cycle business models, focused on strategic targets
  • Ability to speak at high levels within an organization
  • Keen understanding of need to utilize data for driving commercial success
  • Familiar with CRM systems, SharePoint and visualizing reports
  • Fast learner and comfortable working in agile business environment
  • Understanding of complex concepts and technology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Relationship builder who focuses on delivering value for partners
  • Ability to quantify value and speak at high level
  • Positive disposition strong interpersonal skills and able to handle objections
  • Willingness to learn, grow and embrace new challenges
  • Comfortable disrupting conventional schools of thought and thinks outside the box
  • Ability to travel up to 50% during the week, but may require additional travel as needed
