POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of Integrated Behavioral Health Services within the Department of Psychiatry, the Gender Care Center Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician will be responsible for 1) providing behavioral health services to the transgender & gender diverse population at Boston Medical Center, 2) working with GCC leadership to develop clinical pathways for Behavioral Health 3) providing clinical supervision for trainees working with GCC. The Gender Care Center at BMC was established in 2016 (formally known as CTMS), and was the first center in New England to provide such a comprehensive program and is a leader nationally in the delivery of transgender medical and surgical care.
