ACI is looking for a Team Leader - Powder Line on 2nd shift at our Oshkosh, WI facility. Responsibilities: Oversee all painters and hanger/packers and assign daily tasks. Executing the day to day schedule and managing the changing needs of our customers daily. Delegate tasks to teammates and ensure deadlines are being met. Oversee day-to-day paint operations on the powder coat line. Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Discover training needs and provide coaching and development. Work directly with leadership in tandem with HR on employee disciplinary actions and development. Visual inspect parts for quality and accuracy prior to packaging. Assists with training new hires and other employees as needed. Work in the powder line as needed. Qualifications: Experience working in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Paint shop experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
