Who we are looking for...

A Master Data Analyst who will create new/maintain existing enterprise master data pricing, finance, transportation, and hierarchies in the necessary systems and ensure that all data fields are populated completely and accurately by acting as a liaison with key stakeholders.

What you will do...

  • Build and Govern processes that support data timeliness and accuracy to ensure that key milestones are achieved and business processes function effectively.
  • Own the accuracy of managed data in all relevant systems at all times.
  • Build mastery in key systems and processes in order to support current and future continuous improvement efforts.
  • Own execution and updates of critical reports and templates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other functions (Supply Chain, DSD Support, Partner Brands, Transportation, Account Receivable, Brand Finance, DSD Route Transaction Management, Field Sales, Legal, etc.) to ensure that data management processes are being followed, and that data is being shared at the appropriate times to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Act with a sense of urgency to address any data issues or questions and escalate as needed to provide resolution and provide recommendations to internal and external partners to resolve issues.
  • Pursue opportunities for continuous improvement in the systems and processes that support the efficient and effective maintenance of data.
  • Enforce data integrity requirements to maintain the accuracy and completeness of key data.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for data maintenance activities across the company.

Pricing Data

  • Oversees the maintenance for all Warehouse and DSD pricing (allowances, list prices, beverage fees, retailer authorizations, promotions, etc.) within the ERP systems by serving as a subject matter expert in giving guidance to the brand teams regarding all applicate pricing tables and conditions that are required for orders to price correctly and accurately. Audits the pricing to ensure the accuracy of information in the system to ensure business processes function effectively.
  • Capable of analyzing pre-defined reports as well as building Ad-Hoc reporting as necessary, performing error resolution as needed and making business decisions to resolve.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify the correct data and make corrections in the system or with the appropriate teams in their systems to prevent future discrepancies.
  • Responsible for researching pricing discrepancies between multiple systems and reports (ERP system, Trade System, Partner Brand Promotional Reports, Customers, etc) to ensure accurate and timely invoices as it relates to retailer invoices.
  • Coordinate Meetings with key stake holders to ensure they are trained appropriately on business processes that impact the organization.
  • Collaborate with business, IT and other MDM team members when testing new and/or changed pricing conditions, understanding downstream impacts.

Finance Data

  • Oversees the maintenance for all cost centers, profit centers, gl accounts, banks and hierarchies within the ERP (SAP) system by serving as a subject matter expert in giving guidance to the finance/accounting teams regarding all applicate tables and conditions that are required for correct data. Audits the finance data to ensure the accuracy of information in the system to ensure business processes function effectively.
  • Capable of analyzing pre-defined reports as well as building Ad-Hoc reporting as necessary, performing error resolution as needed and making business decisions to resolve.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify the correct data and make corrections in the system or with the appropriate teams in their systems to prevent future discrepancies.
  • Coordinate Meetings with key stake holders to ensure they are trained appropriately on business processes that impact the organization.

Transportation Data

  • Oversees the maintenance for all pickup allowances and fuel surcharges within the ERP systems by serving as a subject matter expert in giving guidance to the brand teams regarding all applicate pricing tables and conditions that are required for orders to price correctly and accurately. Audits the pricing to ensure the accuracy of information in the system to ensure business processes function effectively.
  • Capable of analyzing pre-defined reports as well as building Ad-Hoc reporting as necessary, performing error resolution as needed and making business decisions to resolve.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify the correct data and make corrections in the system or with the appropriate teams in their systems to prevent future discrepancies.
  • Coordinate Meetings with key stake holders to ensure they are trained appropriately on business processes that impact the organization.

What you bring to the table...(Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred or1-3 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Strong Excelexperience required.
  • Experience in any ERP systems (SAP is preferred), is required.

  • Based in the office but must be able to communicate via email and phone with internal and external teams, as they work remotely.
  • A plus if you have a background in Finance or Accounting.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$48,400-$69,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
