Role Overview 
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all day-to-day operations within the warehouse including but not limited to: Safety, Quality, Staffing, meeting customer requirements and assisting the businesses with any process changes needed. A successful candidate must be quality focused and able to ensure critical International and Domestic orders meet daily shipping schedules and requirements. 
   
   
   
   Responsibilities: 
   
   
     
    - Manage all elements of employee relations including selection, development, coaching and counselling of employees. Manage all elements of building maintenance operations - including but not limited to - scheduling inspections, waste management, outside maintenance coordination and equipment
 - Manage all elements of building maintenance operations - including but not limited to - scheduling inspections, waste management, outside maintenance coordination. Lead the cycle counting process and continuous improvement. Relays metrics to the responsible parties involved and manages / directs tasks to keep above a 95% across two sites. Work with personnel at both sites to adhere to standard process to achieve expected results.
 - Responsible for Inventory Management oversite and conformance to auditing standards. Partner with other Logistics Managers and Business segments to implement changes to shipping schedules/requirements - Carrier or customer related
 - Maintain, Monitor and report on Key Operational Metrics, performance and overseeing the Cycle count process keeping to the metric goal of above 95%

 - Solid teamwork skills - ability to adapt to different communication styles and language e.g., engineering to order management. Operate warehouse machinery (forklift, air bag machine, etc) - as needed
