Role Overview

The Service Maintenance Technician - Inkjet is responsible for the maintenance of the inkjet presses and printhead/jetting modules in a customer manufacturing environment. The Service Maintenance Technician will interface with the customer and Kodak Field Service Technician. The focus of this position is on maximizing overall equipment effectiveness.

Job Duties:

* Perform system maintenance

* Ensure timely completion and recording of maintenance following established Standard

Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* Act as customer liaison to resolve customer issues

* Inform Kodak management of issues affecting product performance

* Build strong relationships with Kodak technicians and customers

* Assist Kodak Field Technician

* A working knowledge of PC operating systems and software applications and a basic

understanding of networking fundamentals.

Education and Experience:

* Highschool degree or general education degree (GED) is required.

* Knowledge Digital Printing would be an asset

* Basic understanding of Color Theory would be an asset

* Solid understanding of electro-mechanical devices

Work Environment:

* Customer manufacturing with multiple KODAK Inkjet Presses and Printheads

* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, passport, and other designated information.
