Overview
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead the Army National Guard (ARNG) National Guard Bureau (NGB) National Capital Region (NCR) Network Enterprise Center (NEC) IT Support Services contract. This upcoming role will serve as the single authorized interface between the contractor and government stakeholders, including the AAS Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and ARNG Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). The PM will oversee all activities performed under the task order (TO), ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and program execution. This position requires a leader capable of delivering exceptional management, quality control, and leadership to meet the mission-critical requirements of the ARNG NGB NCR NEC. Experience with the National Guard and/or defense-related programs is strongly preferred. This position is onsite in Washington, DC.
Duties & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the contractor and government representatives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage and oversee all contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to fulfill task order requirements.
- Provide strategic direction, leadership, and administration to ensure successful task order execution.
- Develop, establish, and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP) to guide program execution.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide timely deliverables in accordance with the Government-approved schedule.
- Ensure adherence to all quality control and compliance requirements for program deliverables.
- Drive continuous service improvement (CSI) by identifying opportunities to enhance program performance.
- Ensure compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III requirements and oversee ITIL-based best practices. CISM, CISSP , or CCISO.
- Monitor and manage program risks, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification at the time of proposal submission.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and managing Department of Defense (DoD) programs similar in scope and complexity to this task order.
- ITIL Intermediate Level Certification.
- Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III certification.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification at the time of proposal submission.
- Proven experience managing Federal Government IT projects, providing continuous service improvement, and delivering managed IT services.
- Demonstrated success in managing IT contracts for Federal Government services, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- A relevant educational degree in fields such as Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting National Guard or defense-related programs.
