The RoleWe are looking for a Pricing Product Manager to join our Value Management Office (VMO). In this role, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our product portfolio's pricing structure to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional value to our customers. As a critical cross-functional collaborator, you will work closely with teams in product, marketing, sales and finance to develop data-driven strategies and actionable insights. Your Impact
  • Take ownership of AT product Pricing, Licensing, Naming and Sunsetting process.
  • Take ownership over ensuring that company strategic direction is reflected in commercial pricing, licensing, GTM, and adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing Mangers, R&D and Backoffice that are responsible for individual products and applications to determine best commercial strategy.
  • Help to strategies AT Next Generation Commercial Models, reducing barriers between products, Solutions and Platforms.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment & de-risk dependencies.
  • Align commercial strategies with market research, industry analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Work with Finance, Sales Operations, and Business Operations on revenue analysis, financial projections, target-setting, and delivering commercial solutions for customers.
  • Develop new ways to leverage product usage data and industry data to analyze trends and identify new opportunities in line with our solution strategy.
  • Drive improvements to internal work processes and tools for Product Management.
  • Evangelize products within and outside the organization.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum B.S. degree in engineering, MBA is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, project management, pricing leadership, engineering or technical roles.
  • Must have Intellectual curiosity, keen business sense, and an execution and impact-first mindset.
  • Ability to distill technical information into actionable insights and clearly communicate value to all levels of the organization.
  • A steadfast focus on quickly delivering results, as opposed to analysis paralysis.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively, always focused on the overarching goal.
  • Ability to prioritize across competing and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage experts but also tell compelling stories to senior executives.
  • Ability to lead, create buy-in, and drive success across teams Skills and experience.
  • Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
  • Strong conceptual problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex business problems and formulate a path to a solution.
  • Experience in the Energy or Chemicals industry preferred.
  • Experience in productization of new products or commercial strategies preferred.
  • Experience delivering enterprise products, Saas, and Cloud Solutions are a bonus.
