Job Description
The Commercial Lending Administrator is responsible for working with Lead Lenders to ensure that all documentation necessary for a complete loan file is collected. The Commercial Lending Administrator will work closely with the Director of Operations and Participation Services to ensure that all loan monitoring is completed in a timely manner, including regular follow-up on delinquent items. In addition, the Commercial Lending Administrator will conduct an intake of all new loan underwriting requests to ensure the credit analysts have all necessary information to complete an underwriting on the loan file. Experience and Skills
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework is preferred. Experience: Three (3) years' general work experience and two (2) years' experience in commercial lending or member business loan administration in a financial institution. Skills: Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to develop and present formal material to all levels of the organization. Ability to manage time well and accomplish tasks with little or no direct supervision. Proficiency with Word and Excel required. Proficiency with maintaining social media accounts (LinkedIn). Exceptional attention to detail required.
