As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of Aon Solution lines. As Senior Director, Global Sales and Marketing Services, you will report directly to the Head of Enterprise Business Services1.

What the day will look like

You will lead colleagues, set priorities, ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and build capabilities to support the needs of the organization. You will collaborate across various groups, geographies, and functions to optimize sale and marketing support processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and working with different departments to streamline operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead a global team, providing direction and guidance to achieve common goals.
  • Align process objectives with organizational strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with key colleagues to understand their needs and ensure processes support their strategic priorities.
  • Develop an Operating Model for to optimize and streamline processes.
  • Identify and measure optimization opportunities using organizational goals, data, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Extensive customer relationship management and/or sales and marketing services experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent track record of driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational change skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $200,000 to $250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentive is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; an employee stock purchase plan; consideration for long-term incentive awards at Aon's discretion; medical, dental, and vision insurance. This role does not accrue vacation. Rather, this role is eligible to take paid time off at the discretion of the employee and management in accordance with Company policy and practices.
