The Landfill Supervisor position is responsible for coordinating landfill operations and employees to ensure that performance goals are met while maintaining compliance with the EPA. Landfill Supervisors hire, train, coach, evaluate, counsel, and manage the performance of the landfill staff with an emphasis on safety and productivity. Landfill Supervisors help to ensure environmental safety and compliance are met while maintaining productivity. Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 5:00 pm - 5:00 am Responsibilities of Position:

High School (required)
General Education Diploma (preferred) Experience
Computer experience preferred. (preferred)
Construction background a plus. (preferred) Surveying and GPS experience. (preferred) Previous foreman or management experience. (preferred) 3 years: Landfill experience or equivalent.
