Position Summary The Fiduciary Advisor (FA) is responsible for the administration of fiduciary accounts where Busey is acting as trustee, executor, administrator, conservator, guardian, or agent for Busey Wealth Management clients. The Fiduciary Advisor manages fiduciary relationships, ensuring client objectives are met and are consistent with the governing documents and fiduciary administration principles. The Fiduciary Advisor will engage in proactive and ongoing communication with clients to build and maintain relationships and to develop a deep understanding of each clients' unique goals and objectives. The reporting structure may vary for the Fiduciary role based on Regional needs; an FA I can report to a Market or Regional President and in some instances, a Managing Director, Director or to a FA II. Compensation and Benefits Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
