Talent Acquisition Manager Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing Triumvirate Environmental' s recruitment strategy. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition while ensuring recruitment goals and KPIs are met. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, collaborate with hiring managers, and implement sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent across a variety of roles. This individual will also drive process improvements, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. This position will report to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. This role is hybrid and will need to be able to report on-site 3 days a week at our Somerville, MA office. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture focused on continuous improvement and high-performance outcomes.
- Partner with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to ensure alignment on staffing needs and priorities.
- Set clear recruitment goals and KPIs, track team performance, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth and organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with executive stakeholders, effectively communicating recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions in a proactive manner across various regions & roles within the organization.
- Manage a requisition load of high priority or senior level roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, job requirements, ensuring the right candidates are selected.
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to evaluate and enhance sourcing, screening, and hiring processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Continuously refine job specific recruitment strategies to meet evolving talent needs, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular audits of recruitment and candidate data to identify discrepancies, errors, or outdated information.
- Implement and manage data quality control measures, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights into market trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent and support the company's DEI initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, including EEOC and OFCCP regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3+ years of corporate talent acquisition leadership experience, preferably within a service-related industry.
- Proven success in recruiting across various functions.
- Strong background in leading teams and managing recruitment metrics to drive results.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Expertise in utilizing recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools. Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting preferred.
- Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations (EEOC, OFCCP, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
