Overview: As a Bilingual High Skilled Recruiter, Bilingual, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility, you will place advertisements and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruitment plan that you will develop and execute, ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed. Salary Range: The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be between $43,429 and $51,000 per year plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms. The full range for the position is $43,429 and $54,286. Pay is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law.
