In this role, you will provide a welcoming approach to all employees and visitors while efficiently managing lobby areas to accommodate employee and guest needs. The role is client-facing and they will provide friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous first impressions to guests and visitors while anticipating needs.

What will some of your day look like?
Greet/host/provide support for guests, visitors and employees
Issue temporary badges
Building/Campus/Area Information Center
Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision
Organizes and maintains lobby / front desk areas
Resolve problems associated with all building services including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms.
Assists with coordinating and scheduling office/building maintenance activities including luggage storage, and lost & found.
Works collaboratively within the facility management and transportation team
Anticipates and responds to Client's needs and concerns
Identify potential risks and escalate, to ensure no incident or disruption to the Client's operations
Collaborative work on the Lost and Found program and other services provided to associates.

Who are we looking for?
Required
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in hospitality, facility/property management, or operations.
Proficient skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Must demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, excelling autonomously and collaboratively.

Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Knowledge of commercial real estate

Pay $20.01 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift. 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
