POSITION TITLE / LOCATION Production - Spinning Coromat Technician JOB CLASSIFICATION The operator has the responsibility to identify any non-conformity in the Quality System as it relates to their area of responsibility and report it to the Production Manager, P.I. Department or ISO Management representative. POSITION REPORTS TO: SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER POSITION OVERVIEW The Spinning Coromat Technician Overhauler is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of machinery in the Spinning department. The Coromat Technician Overhauler ensures adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental responsibilities as outlined in company policies and procedures. Communicate with the outgoing technician to discuss any ongoing issues. Repair machinery breakdowns of the Coromat for repair, logging downtime and contacting appropriate personnel for critical issues. Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose, repair, and resolve machinery breakdowns promptly; escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular patrols of machinery, inspecting for quality issues and mechanical problems, and take corrective actions as needed. Handle non-conforming materials by correcting issues or notifying supervisor. Responsible for machine setup and calibration to maintain optimal performance. Oversee the spinning process, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues with the machinery to minimize downtime. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on Coromat to ensure they operate smoothly. Monitor the quality of the spun fibers and make necessary adjustments to meet production standards. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Authorized to shut down machinery to address safety hazards, inadequate cleaning, mixtures and contamination, abnormal noises, or any other quality issues. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Meet cotton 100% of day pulmonary function requirements WORK ENVIRONMENT/SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION This job operates in a manufacturing facility. This position is a safety-sensitive position and regularly works around moving mechanical parts and powered industrial vehicles. Noise level is generally loud. Temperatures can be more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Humidity level can be more than 98% for 100% of day. SHIFT/WORK HOURS Shift schedule will depend on open positions at time of hire and will be communicated with new hire paperwork. Weekends and holidays are scheduled depending on business demands.
