Pay: $22.00/hr - $28.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements: To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED (additional training preferred) and previous administrative or front-office experience, preferably in a school setting. Strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.

Job Duties: As a Front Office Coordinator, daily duties include greeting visitors, students, and parents while managing check-in procedures, answering phones, handling emails, and distributing school communications. Maintaining student attendance records and assisting with attendance reporting are essential responsibilities, along with scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events. The role also involves organizing student files and office supplies and providing administrative support to teachers and staff.
