The Opportunity At South Bow, being part of Information Services is not a support role; we are strategic partners who offer business enablement and provide operational excellence. We are seeking an enthusiastic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product Manager/ Product Architect who has knowledge and experience in Finance & Operations and Field Services. This high performer will play a critical role in overseeing the strategy, design, and execution of our Dynamics 365 product roadmap, and be a critical component to how we operate our ERP Strategy. What You Will Do * Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs; working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, stakeholders, and business leaders, to define and deliver high-quality solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. * Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. * Work with development/ configuration teams to ensure the successful delivery of D365 solutions on time and within budget. * Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of D365 solutions, ensuring best practices are followed. * Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Dynamics 365 functionalities, capabilities, and best practices. * Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine product strategy. * Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product portfolio to enhance user experience and value. * Monitor the performance of D365 solutions post-deployment, offering support and optimization as needed. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, clients, and internal teams. Minimum Qualifications * At least 5 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product Manager, Architect, or in a similar product leadership role or an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Analyst. * Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, Marketing, or Field Service. * Experience with product lifecycle management, from ideation and design to launch, sustainment and continuous improvement. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Deep understanding of integration, customization, and configuration in D365. * Experience working in cross-functional teams. * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. * A team player and an excellent teammate.
