Create-A-Pack Foods is currently seeking Maintenance Mechanics! Create-A-Pack Foods is a food co-packer and manufacturer located in beautiful Lake Country Wisconsin with locations in both Ixonia as well as Oconomowoc. Over the past 20 + years, Create-A-Pack has grown from an entrepreneurial vision to a multi-million dollar operation that employs over 300 local employees. As we continue to grow, we are looking for hard working, reliable, and dedicated employees to join our team! Position Duties & Responsibilities: Repairs minor problems of buildings and foundations to include the roof, ceilings, walls, floors, basements and all mechanical contents of the building. Communicates any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management. Uses knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical processes to troubleshoot machinery in a safe and skilled manner Maintains machines in proper working condition at all times Applies general knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, welding, painting and masonry work as needed. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations. Applies knowledge of operations to prioritize duties as required Knowledge/Experience/Skills: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist Lift up to 70 lbs.
