Electric Pallet Jack Operator

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Electric Pallet Jack Operator to join our team! This is a fast-paced role involving the safe operation of a 3 stacker electric pallet jack in the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food and beverage order picking, forklift operation, and a passion for safety and accuracy. If you can pull 200+ cases per hour and have experience with a double or triple electric pallet jack, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate electric pallet jacks (including 3 stackers) to pull orders for next-day delivery.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain safety standards at all times.
• Accurately select, load, receive, replenish, and process returns.
• Lift and carry boxes weighing 25-35 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth warehouse operations and achieve performance goals.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently to meet client delivery schedules.
• Follow safety policies and procedures while performing all job functions.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members.
• Embrace company vision and continually improve personal performance and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of prior warehouse or order picking experience required.
• Prior experience operating an electric pallet jack (preferably a 3 stacker) is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to lift 25-35 lbs. repeatedly and up to 50 lbs. when needed.
• Ability to maneuver and operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Must pass a practical test on the first day to demonstrate ability to maneuver a Sit Down Electric Pallet Jack.
• Previous voice-pick experience is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work extended hours if needed.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $16-18/hr + OT (based on experience and performance).
• Shift Availability: AM/PM shifts available.
• Employment Type: 60-90 day Temp-to-Hire with potential for full-time placement based on performance.
• Dress Code: Casual attire. Steel-toed shoes required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
