The Manager, Sales Operations (SOM) role is accountable for acting as a conduit between our Operating Companies (OPCO's), our divisions within NestleUSA, and articulating value-added work to be conducted by our retail execution team (NRS- NestleRetail Sales). This role is responsible for aligning Must Win Battles at the OPCO/division level, then working through account teams to create work to be executed at retail to maximize Nestlerevenue, market share, and other KPI's to win in the market. The SOM role both works proactively to develop executionactivities and also reports back to functional partners to provide results of the activity. Key Outputs Deliverables
