Acara Solutions is searching for Welders for our client in Cincinnati, OH! If you have at least one year of experience with MIG and TIG welding, we want to hear from you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follow the agreed practices as defined in the quality management system.
2. Work within the scope of your responsibilities.
3. Check your work to verify its accuracy in meeting the objectives.
4. Know how you contribute to the achievement of the objectives.
5. To work directly with a Lead Master Builder in the building and fabricating of industrial aqueous cleaning machines.
6. Layout jobs for construction by reading blueprints, cutting and assembling steel parts, welding pipe /sheet metal fabricating.
7. Operate certain types of equipment necessary to complete the manufacturing of our machines, i.e. welder, drill press, hand drill, grinder, sander handheld abrasive saws, stationary abrasive saws, band saw, shear, plasma cutter, oxygen & cutting torch, crane, fork truck, sump pump, rolls, and a variety of hand tools.
8. Maintain work area as clean and neat as possible.
9. Assist other workers to perform their duties if needed.
10. Maintain quality checks on job and report any unsafe or quality problem to management.
11. Must be able to weld mild and stainless steel with MIG /TIG
12. Other functions as directed.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of industrial welding (MIG and TIG welding skills required)
  • Ability to read blueprints
