Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to computer users via in-person, telephone, or electronic support. Resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.
Analyze and prioritize incoming requests. Follow and develop standard operating procedures. Escalate complex problems to senior staff when needed. Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions.
Lead disaster recovery and business continuity processes. Analyze incident trends to improve system performance and availability.
Provide first and second-level support for complex problems. Mentor team members on subject matter expertise and IT solutions. Manage knowledge repositories and technical documentation. Project Involvement:
