Base Hourly Rate: $25/hour

The total compensation opportunity includes the base salary, a 10% annual bonus opportunity based on company performance

In this Bi Lab Analyst role, you will be working on products that improve quality of life for patients, workers and consumers worldwide. Our products include sterilization and cleaning monitoring, mail in spore testing, and continuous monitoring products to name a few. Our services include validation and calibration services, sterilization cycle development and validation, and contract laboratory testing. Your work can have a direct impact on your life and the lives of those you love.

Key Job Responsibilities:



  • Model personal Lean Philosophy 5S behaviors in creating a continuously improving, clean, well-organized and self-maintaining work environment. Work closely with team members and others to motivate and improve 5S knowledge and implementation.
  • Follow a continuous improvement approach for team accountability for achieving high performance SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, & Morale) targets through a visual work environment.
  • Complies with company ethics, code of conduct, policies, and best practices, with a commitment to safety in the workplace, valuing of diversity, and promotion of a harassment-free environment.
  • Operation of manufacturing and release testing equipment for Biological Indicators.
  • Timely delivery of work orders for product manufacture.
  • Adherence to SOPs and participation in modification of SOPs to maintain compliance to standards.
  • Excellent practice of aseptic technique.
  • Ability to convey scientific information through technical writing.
  • Meet good documentation practices per the quality system.
  • Comply with safety and lab cleanliness standards.
  • Collect and analyze data generated per applicable procedures to monitor product performance and trends over time.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Basic algebra computational skills.
  • Understanding of scientific notation.
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge working with Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
  • Self-Management - use time efficiently, use professionalism by accepting responsibility for own actions.
  • Time Management- ownership and scheduling of multiple lot files in relation to delivery dates.
  • Organization and cleanliness in the work environment.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Teamwork
  • Quality - demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality.
  • Safety and Security - observe safety and secure procedures, report potential unsafe conditions and use equipment and materials properly.
