Title of Position: Member Service Representative

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30am-12:30pm.

Compensation Range: $18.00/hr. - $ 22.00/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: Position is on-site at our Binghamton East Branch, 495 Court Street.

Responsibilities/Duties:



  • The focus is delivering exceptional service to our members while facilitating various transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Serving as a frontline representative of the organization, you uphold the highest standards of professionalism, focusing on creating a positive member centric experience.
  • Requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:



  • High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.
  • Visions remains committed to the aspects of diversity and inclusion and will consider alternative education and experience.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:



  • An associate degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience.
