We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will track information in Excel and/or other analytical tools, run reports, metrics, and assist the team with adherence to project deadlines for implementations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Tracking and Reporting:Maintain accurate records, run reports, and create and track key metrics. Assist with creating dashboards and analytics to assist Implementation Managers with deadlines.
  • Problem Solving:Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Process Development: Analyze current workflows for improvement. Assist team with transition to new applications by analyzing and improving current workflows for continuous service improvement.
  • Documentation:Document and maintain workflows, SOPs, etc.
  • Fulfillment Coordination:Ensure requests are fulfilled accurately and timely, working closely with internal teams and vendors.
  • Vendor Management:Collaborate with vendors to ensure they meet their obligations, deliver on time, and adhere to our standards.
  • Project Deadlines:Adhere to project deadlines for implementations and ensure receipt of equipment in a timely manner.
  • Customer Interaction:Work with internal customers and various vendors for IT equipment procurement and installation.
  • Assist with Capacity and Demand for forecasting of resources.
  • Utilize skills to assist Implementation Managers with coordinating projects, enhancements, and deployment efforts:

    • Identify priorities, create schedules, and tech assignments, to guide associates and vendor personnel working on the implementation.
    • Identify level of effort, hardware costs, resource requirements, scope, and objectives for enhancement efforts.
    • Assist with adherence to the project lifecycle and workflow steps
    • Track the budget and order equipment as needed.
    • Track resource allocation against the plan.
    • Process and coordinate adds, moves, and changes that are greater than 5 in number.
    • Develop implementation scripts and present them to the Change Advisory Board for approval.
    • Turnover implemented work to the operational support teams.





Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience in an enterprise IT department and familiarity with IT equipment and technology.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and dashboards.
  • Experience identifying identify metrics and analyzing data
  • Familiarity with IT equipment and technology.
  • Experience with enterprise ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
