TekSystems is currently hiring for an ADA (American Disabilities Act) Administrator in the Baltimore area! MUST HAVE: ADA Experience, administrative experience! Description Review all incoming ADA requests (both old and new cases) from The Hartford. Follow up with The Hartford to gather documentation on old claims. Coordinate with EHO to verify any return-to-work documentation. Compare return-to-work documentation against The Hartford's ADA medical assessments. Collaborate with managers and employees to identify and document appropriate accommodations. Respond to The Hartford with the final accommodation decisions.
