Job Description

Overview:

Citizant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Recruiter - SkillBridge Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, enhance your professional skills, and contribute to building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Participate in candidate sourcing efforts, utilizing various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media.
  • Resume Review: Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Phone Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and communicate promptly with candidates. Assist candidates during on-site interviews to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Recruitment Systems Management: Utilize Citizants Applicant Tracking System(ATS),SmartRecruiters.
  • Bulk Communications: Handle correspondence with applicants, including acknowledgment of applications, rejection notifications, and offer letters.
  • Event Participation: Support and participate in recruiting events to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Promote a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle and best practices (nice to have)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment processes.
  • Exposure to various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Networking opportunities through participation in recruiting events.
  • Skills in candidate engagement and enhancing the hiring experience.

Additional Information:

  • Completion of the internship does not guarantee a full-time position with Citizant. However, interns will gain valuable skills and experience to enhance their career transition.
