We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Austin Team (hybrid work schedule) The Legal Counsel supports the Legal and Compliance Department with drafting and providing comprehensive legal counsel in assigned areas of responsibility. Legal Counsel will be expected to take primary responsibility for the company's day-today commercial & contracting needs as well as expand the scope of their existing legal expertise by working on a variety of legal issues as described more fully bellow. Salary Range: (min) $140,000 - (max) Open The salary range for this position will be determined based on the diverse skills, experience, and expertise of the candidate. The minimum base salary threshold is estimated to be $140,000 based on meeting the minimum requested qualifications. If candidates have additional skill and experience, an elevated base pay for qualified candidates will be offered. Additional compensation elements, such as annual bonus and benefits are also included in the overall compensation package.
