Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Women's Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation. Responsibilities Manages and administers strategic, operational, fiscal, and personnel activities for LHS Therapy Services Department. Prepares and manages budgets, staff, and productivity. Ensures quality services are provided through daily operations. Maintains all regulatory requirements for the development and implementation of policy, procedures, and security protocols for pharmacy drugs and supplies. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Masters in Speech Therapy Four (4) years rehabilitation experience Three (3) years in a supervisory capacity Current NM License in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology Preferred Job Requirements: Master's Degree in a related field Management of more than one therapy discipline
