Position Summary We are looking for an experienced marketing platform manager to oversee the use of digital marketing tools and platforms that support the management of our client accounts and are used to deliver digital marketing tactics. The Marketing Platform Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing platforms, including, Marketing Automation platforms, ESP, CRMs, SMS, CMS, and the integration of other various digital marketing tools and platforms. Platforms include but not limited to, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Brevo, Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Suite. The Marketing Platform Manager will demonstrate a good understanding of middle-ware and processes to set up middle-ware as it relates to email and websites. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of DNS settings and back-end website configuration. This role will ensure that the delivery and execution of our digital marketing efforts are efficient, effective, and aligned with delivering a high level of client satisfaction and timeliness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of tools/platforms including but not limited to; Litmus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and Brevo.
- Manage all platform administrative duties across platforms including set up and maintain client accounts within platforms, user permission/role management, set and manage security parameters to ensure client needs are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of these platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure programs are set up properly across platforms in an efficient and cost-effective way adhering to client budget constraints.
- Monitor and analyze platform effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for changes, enhancements, or opportunities to consider new platforms if needed.
- Ensure data integrity and assist in setting up and managing any client data integrations into platforms in order to deliver digital marketing tactics.
- Assemble cost program/client allocations across platforms and manage annual budget and scope of client specific costs and needs across platforms.
- Maintain relationships with vendor representatives and proactively look for opportunities and solutions to streamline or improve how we work with those platforms.
- Proactively address any platform troubleshooting that is needed and address in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and marketing automation through continued education opportunities and proactively communicate any changes to the broader team as needed.
- Train and support team members on the use of marketing platforms.
- Create and maintain process documentation as it relates to the digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Create and maintain platform integrations and collaborate with our IT department for more complex integrations.
- Manage and maintain DNS entries and collaborate with our IT department to create needed DNS entries to promote email deliverability.
- Set-up, manage and oversee all CMS platforms, additional add-ons and integrations.
Position Requirements Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications or business.
- Minimum 6 years related experience including demonstrated platform management, CRM & CMS experience, digital channel marketing experience, project or program management experience,
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of DNS as it relates to email deliverability.
- Knowledge of CMS back-end, and ecommerce integrations
- Proficient in HTML and CSS
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- High level of proven expertise in managing marketing platforms for digital marketing teams and the highest level of platform administrative knowledge and experience required.
- Proficient in automated marketing tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Google marketing Platform, Meta Business Suite, Litmus, HubSpot and Brevo.
- Experience in customer journey mapping within marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Budget and forecasting skills and ability to manage platform costs and invoicing cost allocations.
- Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, with problem solving skills and ability to take initiative.

- Relevant platform certifications, training or course completion that help demonstrate platform expertise and/or super user administrative skills set.
