About the Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE) Under the leadership of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education, the Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE) challenges students to become accomplished learners who can make meaningful connections among work, study, and community. Note on Working Time This position must be available to work standard GT business hours M-F, 8-5 (or 7-4 or 9-6), as well as some evenings as weekends based on student programs and with advanced notice. The first 3-6 months of employment are fully in-person/on site. Following this, some telecommuting will be available in accordance with OUE's guidelines. Responsible for strategy, development, and production of front-end web design for use across Institute websites and other communications platforms. Assist in the executing Institutions vision to clearly and effectively represent via the end product, and that visual brand consistency is maintained throughout. Responsibilities

Additional duties related to the position include the following: Consults on website visuals, UX/UI for all OUE websites. Works closely with subject matter experts in OUE to design, create, and maintain dynamic pages to increase website traffic. Manages project deadlines and coordinates with stakeholders including content editors, site owners, and subject matter experts on website projects. Fields and responds to website requests, including making content updates and design tweaks to existing or new pages as requested. Conducts website audits reviewing for accessibility, UX, UI, and compliance issues. Proposes solutions and works with the Assistant Director of Communications and site owners to determine next steps. Works with Institute departments including Institute Communications (IC) and Institute Information Technology (OIT) to uphold brand standards and best practices across OUEs web presence. Sits on Institute and OUE committees and workgroups when relevant, ensuring OUE is aware of ongoing web initiatives, resources, and guidance. Other Information
