Overview
World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world's leading conservation organizations, seeks a Senior Director, Digital Transformation. Major Function The Senior Director of Digital Transformation is responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic direction, governance, and implementation of data, analytics, AI, and content management within the organization. This role involves providing strategic and technical leadership to drive digital transformation and identify opportunities to optimize performance and increase operational efficiency. The individual will work with stakeholders to design solutions that ensure secure and seamless access to important information. They will oversee data governance and management initiatives, leverage Azure Data and AI services, and design secure and compliant M365 collaboration solutions. Salary: The expected compensation range for this position is $171,100 - $245,900. Please note: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, governance, and management of enterprise data, analytics, AI, and content management programs to drive digital transformation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create solutions that align with our organizational values and objectives. Oversee a team responsible for Azure data architecture, engineering, and analytics to inform evidenced-based decision-making. Lead a team that integrates ethical, responsible and sustainable AI technologies to automate processes, improve operations and increase efficiencies. Manage a team designing and configuring robust collaboration solutions that facilitate secure and seamless knowledge management. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development; curate knowledge base content; increase adoption of new technologies; and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Manage and mentor a technical team. Promote collaboration and innovation within the team and across the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience. - MUST HAVE 12+ years of experience with:
- Developing organizational strategies and leading data management, quality, and analytics programs.
- Managing AI programs to deliver agile solutions while treating data as a valued asset.
- Overseeing enterprise content management and collaboration initiatives.
- Leading initiatives to automate tasks, optimize performance, and create efficiencies.
Experience with the following technologies:
Microsoft Azure data and AI Services Microsoft 365, in particular Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, Power Platform Power BI for reporting and analytics Copilot AI Purview to manage, protect and govern data.
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work accurately under time constraints. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate with considerable independence and discretion. Experience developing organizational strategies and leading organizational initiatives. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities. Demonstrated management capability including analytical and trouble-shooting skills, the ability to delegate technical work, and oversee quality of technical products developed. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work with users who possess limited and advanced computer knowledge. Proven experience and ability managing and inspiring a team, building and maintaining relationships with vendors.
