The Associate Director provides specialist medical/scientific strategic and operational input into their core medical affairs activities such as: Provide scientific and technical support for assigned products and therapeutic areas; lead medical reviewer of promotional and non-promotional materials; actively participate in Brand Teams and help develop medical affairs strategies for assigned function and products; creation and dissemination of medical information materials, provides support to medical communication activities for VAFSEO (vadadustat) and pipeline; educational initiatives (medical education, data, guidelines and value proposition). Works closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to provide strategic medical input into core brand strategies, and to support medical/marketing activities and Market Access. Compensation: Targeted Base: 167,343 -206,717 *Base Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
