Minimum Qualifications Juris Doctorate from accredited US law school. 5 years total experience including 3 years in the electric utility industry. REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Preferred candidates should have experience and familiarity with administrative law concepts applicable to an Electric Cooperative, Municipal Utility, State Public Service Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, or a Regional Transmission Organization. Effective personal skills to produce good working relationships with people in many situations. Ability to express oneself clearly both verbally and in writing. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven experience in document drafting, the legislative process, business law and administrative law. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal provisions clearly to non-legal stakeholders. Benefits
