Summary: The Treasury Solutions Analyst position is responsible for supporting the In-Market TSO in generating non-interest-bearing (NIB) deposit growth and increasing Treasury fee income. The role is designed to increase the client engagement capacity of the In-Market TSO by independently building proformas, pitches, guiding new client implementations and monitoring revenue realization for new clients and existing clients. The TSA role is also considered "developing" bench strength for advancement into a TSO or other roles within the bank. Responsibilities: * Build new business proformas, pitches, relationship reviews and other revenue generating tasks * Work closely with the In-Market TSO (in-person calling) to coordinate and plan a proactive / purpose driven calling effort to existing portfolio clients * Manage and coordinate new implementations with the implementation team/client * Track and monitor revenue realization for new clients or products sold to existing clients * Be opportunistic with positioning new solutions to existing clients based on "in the moment" needs * Limited client service responsibility with exception to systemic issues or implementation issues * Compensated on organization, speed, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks effectively, also proactive self-learning and development * Carry a small sales goal to support skillset development * Prospect research and client analytics to help support prospect profile generation or support in-market TSO with pre-call planning efforts * Develop strong working relationships with bankers through active planning and engagement to review portfolio and pipeline and identify new sources for NIB deposits and Treasury fee income * Prepare and deliver sales presentations, pricing and cost analysis to clients and prospects as directed by in-market TSO * Demonstrate proficient knowledge of treasury solutions platform and educate prospective clients on the features, benefits and value propositions related to each solution * Develop an understanding of other product offerings within and across divisional boundaries in to help position solutions to new and existing customers * Generate and/or support new ideas for treasury products and services * Monitor and enforce compliance with operational, regulatory and fraud policies to mitigate risk * Utilize TSA capacity where >70% of time is conducting revenue generating tasks (pitches, proformas, prospect/client research, market planning, pre-call planning, price increases, other) Qualifications: Education Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or Business Minimum Experience * 4 years of experience in the banking profession preferred Licenses and certifications * CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) accreditation preferred Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities * Knowledge of overall banking services and operations with a specific focus on Treasury products, systems, operations, and client service * Strong client facing skills in a virtual environment; able to clearly communicate, guide and influence clients and business partners * Ability to conduct product demos as part of formal pitches or client inquiries * Self-starter, high-speed routines, and strong sense of urgency * Excellent communication skills with clients and internal business partners, both verbal and written * Ability to independently navigate and meet deadlines in a large complex environment * Strong organizational and time management skills are required * Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Team focused with strong collaboration skills with immediate team or adjacent functions (implementations, client service) * Individual leadership skills demonstrating the ability to embrace change, assist others, pivot quickly as required by strategic shifts in market approach * Highly responsive to client needs or inquiries, warm transitioning clients to the right areas to receive immediate support * Travel required as necessary (meetings, conferences, etc.)
