The AVP Card Services Manager position is responsible for overseeing the growth, retention, and ongoing development of Nicolet's Card Services Products to create exceptional Cardholder experiences that directly contributes to the shared success amongst Customers, Employees, and Shareholders, while differentiating Nicolet as a leader in the Card Payments market. In addition, the position is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the bank's ATM fleet is operational. As an AVP Card Services Manager, you will:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: Directly supervise the Card Services team in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching, mentoring and development planning; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
