Role Summary: The Data Processing Specialist will provide daily administrative support to the National Science Foundation to facilitate the peer review process. The employee will work closely with their teammates and the NSF Program Directors to input critical data into NSF systems and databases to assign proposals to ad hoc reviewers and panels, to disseminate passwords and travel orders to confirmed panelists and to process proposals electronically in support of the overall NSF peer review process. In addition, the Data Processing Specialist provides other administrative services upon request, including supporting small and medium sized meetings, tracking tasks and deliverables in SharePoint, and corresponding with external stakeholders via telephone and email. Work environment is currently remote with occasional onsite meeting support. What will you be engaged in day-to-day?

The estimated pay range for this position is: $40,000 in our lowest geographic market to $45,000 in our highest geographic market, annually. Elements of our total compensation package are also based on an employee's performance in their role as well as the company meeting its annual organizational goals. |
