Job Summary The Ingersoll Rand Finance Team is seeking a Plant Controller to support our distribution facility, located in Charlotte, NC. Reporting to the Operations Controller, NA and with a dotted line relationship to the DLC Plant Manager. This position will lead a team of financial professionals in the maintenance of existing policies and procedures as well as the deployment of the teams' resources to address a diverse range of issues and opportunities as they arise. This role is highly collaborative in nature, requiring excellent communication skills. You will measure success by comparing the Annual Operating Plan ("AOP"), as well as driving revenue growth, margin expansion and net working capital optimization using Ingersoll Rand's IDX tools and processes. This is achievable within the context of our corporate values of sustainability, diversity and inclusion. The person filling this role is an individual who has both high regard and passion for manufacturing/distribution. They are both inquisitive and pro-active by nature. The pay range for this role is $89,000-$136,890. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Ingersoll Rand, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
