Description

A Private Banking Associate Relationship Manager primary duties include daily management of a portfolio as well as working with the Department Head, Private Bank clients, and team to close internally referred Private Banking loans. Additionally, during the loan process, they are expected to partner with Relationship Managers and progressing the client relationship by cross-selling products and collecting deposits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Consistently reviews active loan portfolio for credit quality and risk rating. Monitors and analyze relationships and accounts with clients.
  • Develops loan write-ups with a focus on identifying and mitigating credit risks and compliance with all MidFirst and 1st Century Bank policies.
  • Obtains and reviews financial and other necessary information from clients to prepare financial analysis. Works closely with underwriters to understand clients' businesses and potential borrowing needs.
  • Interfaces with other Bank units as necessary to complete the loan process. Defines responsibilities and coordinates objectives related to Private Bank lending for all products in a relationship or transaction. Resolves all client needs and internal issues.
  • Assists with underwriting of loan proposals and financial analysis of transactions and borrowers.
  • Responsible for following and being up to date on mortgage compliance.
  • Utilizes worksheets and checklists as necessary to ensure loan dates and fees are accurate and meet compliance requirements.
  • Provides timely and accurate service in order to meet demanding loan closing deadlines.
  • Supports the overall Relationship Management Team by handling the day to day management of a residential loan origination, servicing activities and collecting financial information from clients during the loan process.
  • Maintains awareness of competitive products, practices, rates, and changes in the market area.
  • Ensures loan documents are complete and accurate and are in keeping with the terms and conditions approved by the appropriate authority.
  • Coordinates, compiles, processes, and reviews real estate loan transactions.
  • Manages internal referrals by working directly with clients to manage the loan process.
  • Possesses a personable approach in customer contact and within the internal departments of the bank.


Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00.
