Role Overview: The Assistant Branch Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring seamless functioning while managing and developing branch employees to enhance member satisfaction. Key responsibilities include effectively supervising branch staff through organizing, scheduling, coaching, performance appraisals, and collaborating with People Operations and leadership on staffing decisions. The role also entails managing employee schedules, timekeeping, and training, monitoring branch performance to meet established goals, and providing support in resolving escalated member issues to deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalency certification. At a minimum, 1 year of supervisory experience in a financial institution; 3 years minimum supervisory experience overall. Notary license required or to be obtained within three (3) months of hire. NMLS-ID (Mortgage Loan Originator) required and will be provided at time of hire if not already acquired.
