Sales Merchandising Rep

External Candidate ~$1,500.00 sign-on bonus

The position is remote based in the Quincy MA area covering Eastern MA and Cape Cod.

A company car will be provided.

The working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with off hours and weekends as needed.

GENERAL PURPOSE
Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of
service to each customer.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams
* Check and report product voids
* Maintain ad hoc merchandising
* Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump
* Execute all sales programs, POP (point of purchase) materials, and work to maximize sales in each store
* Set new stores and perform required resets
* Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web-based ordering
* Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area
* Assist with customer service issues or complaints
* Complete pricing surveys as required
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* 2 to 4 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
* Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment
