Description Maine Medical Center Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 14930 $2000 SIGN ON BONUS! current MaineHealth Employees Not Eligible Summary: SCHEDULE/LOCATION:Tuesday 6:30am-3:00pm, Wednesday 6:30am-7:00pm, Thursday 6:30an-7:00pm. This role requires on call weekend coverage on a rotating schedule that is approximately every 8-10 weeks at the Scarborough Campus, Route 1. The Radiology Representative I role is responsible for providing customer support services at all locations of service for the department of radiology and prepares orders for imaging procedures both through direct and indirect interaction with patients, providers, and technologists. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: One year of experience in a position requiring customer service required. Experience in a medical office or hospital preferred.
