Responsibilities The Intern will provide support to the Legal Department on a variety of routine and complex legal matters under the general supervision of AVP Legal Counsel. The intern will be exposed to a wide range of issues and practice areas including, but not limited to, corporate, regulatory, banking, governance, and litigation matters. Works under general objectives established by the department, utilizing a high level of initiative and discretion in prioritizing work and in performing duties that are generally complex and confidential in nature. Candidate must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities required. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience:
