Brad Foote Gearing is adding a Quality Engineer to our team in Cicero, IL. This position is instrumental in upholding the integrity of our quality standards. This role is focused on driving root causes analysis, adjusting, monitoring controlled documents and metrics, and assisting with development and implementation of quality assurance processes. Communication Skills: Ability to speak effectively with customers and vendors and as a representative of the Company. Ability to communicate results and reports effectively through e-mail and presentations. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Problem solving graphing and mathematical analysis using Excel or similar computer programs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several variables at the same time.
